Preparation

Tonight was our final meeting before embarking on our journey to Ukraine. We leave on Saturday, July 4th in the morning - flying to the capital city Kiev via New York City. Please pray that we will catch all of our flights, get enough rest on the long plane rides, and quickly recover from jet lag as soon as we arrive.

God has been at work in so many different aspects of our trip already! He has provided many clothes, craft supplies, and sporting equipment for us to take to the 100-200 orphans who we will be ministering to. We are so excited to meet them! Please pray that the children's hearts will be open to spiritual things and that we will show the love of Jesus Christ in all that we do.

Our team will be assisting a Ukrainian team led by a dear believer, Zhenya. He will be directing all of the behind-the-scenes work that must happen for this kind of camp to take place. Pray for the Zhenya and his team that they will have the strength they need to work out all of the logistical details.
